A lovely sweet potato.
Bamboo skewers for the sweet potato to sit upon.
Prepare to be…I don’t know; just prepare.
Slice. A lot.
Stare at it.
Maybe play with it some.
Spray it all over–inside, outside…leave no place unsprayed…with PAM coconut oil.
Salt it a bit (I like that iodized sea salt), and Chinese Five Spice it everywhere.
Stuff a small handful of micro marshmallows in it.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, rolling it around in the Goo Of Awesomeness a few times along the way.
